Today the Lake Twp. Fire Dept. came and talked with the kids. The kids loved being able to get in the truck, see all the Firemen's tools and watch the water spray from the truck...

Here's a fun Valentine's Day activity for you to do with your kids...

You'll need:

* A recycled glass jam jar
* Bag of candy
* Queen & Co. felt and brads
* Circle punches or a circle cutter
* Pattern paper
* Wooden dowel rods or something to make your flower stems

1.. Start by making your flowers using 3 different size punches, distress the edges, and add a big brad to the center. Repeat x3 making one flower smaller.
2. Ink or paint 3 wooden sticks and adhere flowers to tops.
3. Cut pattern paper to fit outside of jar adding heart felt and brads. Adhere to outside of jar, stick flowers into jar and pour in candy.

Hi Moms!

Who of us does not want to be completely organized? Who of us doesn't dream of everything being in it's own place? I'm very excited that we are going to study the book "The Complete Guide to Getting and Staying Organized" by Karen Ehman. I know it's going to be great for me personally!

We will be having some great practical crafts (wasn't the homemade Laundry Detergent awesome???), and again, some helpful speakers.

Thursday Feb. 5th - Thursday April 2nd

Lysol All Purpose cleaner: on sale for $1.39, had a $.50 coupon that was doubled…got it for $.39!!!
Pledge: on sale for $4.54…had a $4.00 coupon…got it for $.54!!!
Aunt Millie’s bread: on sale for $1…had a $.35 coupon that was doubled…got it for $.30!!!

We are so glad to make this blog available to you. Our hopes for this site is to keep you connected to the ins and outs of Inhale and to share with you cool tips, advice, great finds and fun stuff. Inhale will be starting at the 795 campus of Mainstreet Church on Thursday, September 25th from 9:30 -11:30 am. We invite you all to join us for a great time of connecting with other moms. Here's a sneak peak of what we will be studying this fall...

Registration this fall will be $25. This will cover materials, speakers, crafts and other misc. cost. We will also be asking each mom to pay $1 per child each week for the childcare...we will make available punch cards and you may put as little or as much onto the cards you'd like.

We look forward to starting in a few weeks and we want you to bring your friends! We anticipate a great time for the moms AND the kids! You won't want to miss it!
